Carson Family Farm is a first generation family farm in North Carolina's Blue Ridge Mountains owned and operated by John and Callie Carson. It raises registered Angus cattle and pastured beef, and produces premium tallow skincare products. The farm uses regenerative grazing practices and is Beef Quality Assurance certified. All meats are processed at a USDA inspected facility, dry-aged, and vacuum sealed.
