Breadtree Farms is an agroforestry farm operating on 800 acres in the Upper Hudson Valley (NY) and Southwest Vermont, stewarding 25,000+ food-producing trees and shrubs including chestnut, hickory, oak, seaberry, apple, pear, mulberry, and persimmon in orchards grazed by sheep and cattle. The farm uses certified-organic practices and produces chestnuts, chestnut flour, pastured lamb and beef, raw honey, and maple syrup.

Carr's Ciderhouse of Preservation Orchard grows fruit and nuts and makes hard ciders, vinegars, vinegar shrubs, syrups, jams and jellies the traditional way with high quality fruit, slow fermentation, and very small batches. Founded by Nicole and Jonathan, who bought the protected agricultural land in 2003, planted apples in 2005, and began cider making in 2012. Located on the northwest slope of Mt. Warner in Hadley, MA, with an outdoor Cider Garden and farmstand.
