Brewster Cheese is the largest manufacturer of Swiss cheese in the United States, producing more than 100 million pounds of award-winning, all-natural Swiss cheese each year. Founded by John Leeman and his son Fritz, who purchased the Brewster, Ohio plant in 1965, the family owned company operates production plants in Ohio, Illinois and Idaho, with more than 400 dairy farms providing milk.
