The Ashland Sausage Company is a second-generation family owned business in Carol Stream, Illinois, devoted to delivering high quality meat products. They manufacture all products using traditional ingredients and methods, sourcing fresh beef and pork from their Midwest heartland location and producing sausages in the Old World tradition using age-old European techniques, natural spices, and hardwood smoke.
