Founded in 1956 by Pat Chase as Chase's Health Foods in Boise, Idaho, the family business is now run by third-generation owners Michael and Emily Chase. The store offers organic produce, natural grocery, bulk foods, body care, and nutritional supplements, and has a dietician/nutritionist on staff.
