CellOnyx is a company co-founded in summer 2016 by Homayoun Yousefi'zadeh and Amr Albanna after nearly two years of research at the University of California, Irvine. It provides software-only capacity solutions for cellular networks, using patent-pending deep learning and optimization technology to perform quality-constrained load balancing and minimize congestion in real-time for 3G, 4G, 5G, and IoT networks.
