JOY still needs a seat at the table! Where Would We Be Without Joy? Truth be told, we’d be depressed, cranky, frustrated and, in simple terms, simply miserable ALL the TIME. And many people are very unhappy a lot of the time. We can choose when to tap into our joy. Yet, so many people have told me that it’s not a choice. Not only did others tell me, but I spent a lot of time agreeing that it was just too hard to imagine that we could choose joy when when everything felt like life was falling apart all around us. Is that you? Do you feel it’s an impossible choice to nourish your joy when you know others are suffering so much? Or perhaps you think as soon as you let joy in, the other shoe will drop so why waste your time getting happy or excited? Maybe you think you don’t deserve joy? Joy Stamina is the treasure box of tools we need in order to create and allow joy into our lives.
