Carbon Upcycling is a carbon and waste circularity company that converts carbon emissions and industrial waste byproducts into valuable, local materials for low-carbon cement production. Its CUT CO₂ System uses a mechanically assisted chemical exfoliation process to enhance feedstock surface area using flue gas, producing CO₂-enhanced supplementary cementitious materials (SCMs). The company is deploying a flagship commercial-scale system at the Ash Grove Mississauga Cement Plant in Ontario, Canada.
