Broco Rankin is based in Ontario, California, U.S.A. Broco, Inc. was founded in 1968 by Jerome S. Brower, a former Army Major and war veteran, and grew to include underwater welding products and topside industrial cutting and welding equipment. Rankin Industries was founded in 1938 making welding consumables. Broco, Inc. and Rankin Industries were acquired by Salt Creek Capital in January of 2023.
