compost bin service

Glitter is a Philadelphia-based service that keeps litter and trash off streets and sidewalks through a pay-what-you-can model where neighbors pool pledges to fund weekly block cleanings. Cleaners remove litter and trash from sidewalks, streets, curb lines, and storm drains, document visits with photos, and report bulk items to the city. The company prioritizes hiring from underemployed populations and pays a $20 per hour starting wage with profit-sharing.
