black walnut processing

Black Squirrel Farms is a farm overlooking Seneca Lake in New York that sells black walnuts and nutshell products. In 2022 it became the first 20-C licensed facility processing black walnuts in NYS. The farm manages a regional black walnut collection program whose members gather walnuts each fall and drop them off at the site or at affiliates. It also seasonally leads guided black tours by appointment and operates a farm stand.
