Building Resilient Solutions, LLC (BRS) is a joint venture launched in 2018 between Commonwealth Preservation Group (CPG) and Museum Resources Construction and Millwork (MRCM). BRS creates empirical data on tested flood retrofit materials and techniques and their effectiveness in older buildings, and provides retrofit consulting services for residential, commercial and institutional buildings impacted by recurrent flooding and moisture damage. It specializes in retrofit design for pre-1970s-era construction and operates a testing lab in Suffolk, Virginia
