Barnacle-Blocker, LLC is a US company created to develop, test, manufacture and market an environmentally safe antifoulant. Its product, Barnacle Stop® / Mussel Stopper®, prevents barnacles, zebra mussels and quagga mussels from attaching to underwater surfaces. It was conceived in 2012 by founder Dr. Beckham and developed with scientists at Mote Marine Laboratory. EPA registration was granted in May 2016 (89825-1) and a US utility patent in August 2018.
