Based in Prineville, Oregon, it manufactures custom geomembrane containment systems including pond liners, covers, tarps, and erosion control products, using reinforced polyethylene (RPE), reinforced polypropylene (RPP), and low density polyethylene (LDPE). Its 84,000 square foot facility provides welding and fabrication space.
