Branon Family Maple Orchards is a six-generation family maple operation in Fairfield, Vermont, headed by Tom and Cecile Branon. They hand-tap about 90,000 maple trees to produce certified organic Vermont maple syrup, and have conserved more than half of their 4,800 acres of maple forests with the Vermont Land Trust. They also offer short-term rental properties in northern Vermont.
