Blind on the Move provides practical guidance and individualized instruction in orientation and mobility, vision rehabilitation, and assistive technology to help people with vision loss live more independently. Founded by Mike Mulligan, M.Ed., COMS, CVRT, a Certified Orientation and Mobility Specialist and Certified Vision Rehabilitation Therapist with more than a decade of experience, it serves individuals and organizations throughout New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Vermont, and Maine, with select virtual services available.
