Blevins Asphalt is one of the oldest family owned paving contractors in the four state area, serving Southwest Missouri and the Four-State Area since 1949. Founded as R.J. Blevins and Sons Gravel Hauling in Mt. Vernon, Missouri, it is now in its fourth generation and offers material sales and construction services to federal, state, and local municipalities as well as private companies and homeowners.
