QTAC Fire, a division of MTECH, Inc., designs and builds firefighting and rescue skids for trucks, UTVs, and ATVs, along with quick-attack fire and rescue trucks. Products are built at the MTECH facility in Northern California using PolyTough copolymer polypropylene bodies and components such as WATERAX pumps and Whelen or Tomar lighting. The company evolved from Blackline Mfg, founded in 1997, and builds its tanks and truck bodies in house.
