BEARS LLC is a spin-off of Badenoch LLC (formed 2005) that provides an end-to-end smart vehicle telematics platform for predictive analytics and a hub for autonomous vehicles for government and military use. Its platform links government and defense to American industry through edge computing, telematics, artificial intelligence, Enhanced Cognition AI+, autonomy, electrification, and cybersecurity. BEARS has designed, built and tested military vehicles for survivability and mobility for ONR, DARPA, and TARDEC (now GVSC).
