Basin Construction & Drain Tile, LLC is located in Hayti, South Dakota. Founded by Dwight and Stacy Kopman, the company began in January 2012 with a self-propelled Wolfe tile plow and a crew of eight, and has grown to include two tile crews, multiple excavation teams, a commercial construction/building crew, and aggregate production and trucking employees.
