Optima Trays, operated by Barch Designs in Burtchville, Michigan, designs and manufactures billet aluminum battery trays specifically shaped to fit Optima batteries. Each tray starts as three pieces of solid billet aluminum that are milled to exact size on CNC machinery, then finished with a satin brush finish and chamfered edges. Trays are designed for specific Optima battery models and ship worldwide.
