(A&O) is a privately held freight railroad and subsidiary of P&L Transportation, Inc., which acquired it from Watco Transportation Services, Inc. on May 15, 2006. Headquartered in Buckhannon, WV, the A&O operates 158 miles of rail line between Grafton and Cowen, WV, interchanging with CSXT at Grafton and connecting with three short line railroads: BEEM, ELKR, and WVC.
