AmeriBand LLC was founded in 2006 by Dr. Robert A. Knezek, PhD. The company owns six US patents related to a Continuously Variable Displacement (CVD) engine design, including a new Piston Control Mechanism and a Hydraulic Valve Actuation System. The AspireCVD engine concept aims to deliver the power of a RAM truck with the fuel efficiency of a hybrid, using less raw material and energy to produce and transport.
