AgonOx is a cancer immunotherapy company developing TIL (tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte) therapies. It isolates and expands the CD39+CD103+ subset of a patient's tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes, the fraction that is tumor-reactive. Its lead program, AGX-148, is in Phase 1 in solid tumors, with additional cell therapy programs in IND-enabling studies.
