Aerospace Composites Solutions (ACS), formerly Blackhawk Composites Inc. (BCI), opened in Morgantown, Kentucky in November 2009 and is a full-service in-house composite company. ACS helps companies design, manufacture, test, and certify products, serving defense aviation, industrial aviation, and business aviation markets. It employs over 75 employees and in early 2025 opened a new 155,000 square-foot manufacturing facility.
