How the estimate is built

The landed cost is the sum of the product total, duty, the Section 301 surcharge where applicable, the Merchandise Processing Fee, freight, insurance, and brokerage fees. Duty is typically assessed on the customs (FOB) value of the goods, and real entries can include charges this tool does not model.

Estimate only. Duty rates, Section 301 coverage, and fees change. Nothing on this page is customs, legal, or tax advice: confirm the HTS code and final figures with a licensed customs broker before committing.
